London Block Management (LBM) is continuing its partnership with Nottingham Trent University (NTU) as part of its ongoing commitment to developing future talent within the property management sector.
The scheme, which is now in its second year of collaboration with the university, offers both graduate and placement opportunities designed to provide students with valuable hands-on industry experience while supporting London Block Management’s continued growth.

This partnership already has a proven success story with Nathaniel Addei who originally joined LBM through the NTU placement scheme and now works for the business full time following the completion of his placement year and graduation.
The initiative forms part of London Block Management’s wider focus on professional development, investing in people and supporting pathways into the property industry.
The programme also holds personal significance for LBM as Director Morven McCaig-Cook is also a former graduate of Nottingham Trent University.
Speaking about the continued partnership, Morven said: “We’re incredibly proud to continue building our relationship with Nottingham Trent University. I understand the value of creating real career opportunities for students and graduates as a former NTU student myself.
“Seeing individuals like Nathaniel progress from placement student to full-time member of the team demonstrates exactly why these programmes are so important. We’re excited to welcome the next generation of talent into the business.
“Returning to NTU for the careers fair is a real full-circle moment for me. As a former student, it’s fantastic to come back and share opportunities with the next generation as they start thinking about their own careers.”
LBM is working closely with NTU representatives Hannah Cater and Daniel Gray to support the programme and future recruitment activity.
Hannah Cater, postgraduate placement coordinator at NTU, added: “We are delighted to be once again working with London Block Management, creating brilliant opportunities for our students and graduates.
“We are hugely proud of Nathaniel and his journey from student, to placement, to full time member of the team and looking forward to seeing what he achieves in the future.
“London Block management have been excellent in supporting our students, giving them challenging and rewarding work experience that leads to future opportunities.”
