London Block Management (LBM) is pleased to announce its recent appointment as the managing agent for a block on High Street, Teddington, following the successful acquisition of the Right to Manage (RTM) by the limited company.

About the Development

The development comprises a historic purpose-built, self-contained block of 13 adjoining buildings with three flats in each that provides 39 residential flats in total.

The mixed-use development also includes commercial premises on the ground floor. These commercial units are excluded from the RTM Company's repairing and maintenance responsibilities and will continue to be managed separately by another agent on behalf of the freeholder.
