Meet The Management Team
We are a hands-on team of experienced, professional property managers and accountants, all working toward providing excellent property management services for our clients. We realise that our team is our biggest asset and represents London Block Management to our clients on a daily basis, so we recruit the most talented individuals we can find. We invest heavily in training, both to keep up to date with the latest regulations and also to regularly update clients on best practice in their buildings, ensuring they are able to make informed decisions.

James Lee, Director
James comes from an investment banking background, having worked in senior positions in commercial and residential property departments of banks in London and New York. He focuses on company strategy and ensures that the company maintains its core values; being transparent fees, value for money and outstanding service.
Morven McCaig-Cook, Director
Morven has a degree in surveying and has extensive knowledge of property and block management. She focuses on the operational side of the business ensuring that we deliver the highest level of service whilst retaining our core values. Morven also handles new business enquiries from your initial contact through the first few months of our management. Morven is passionate about changing the industry, putting clients and leaseholders first and ensuring client retention for the long term.
Jonathan Cutts, Finance Director
Jonathan brings an array of accounting and commercial experience to our team; he served his Articles of Clerkship with one of the then “big five” accounting firms, where he was an Audit Manager for a number of years. Branching out into commerce, Jonathan has worked as a Financial Director in a variety of fields, including a seven-year role for a property holding company.
Ben Hallows, Associate Director
Ben leads the compliance and internal audit side of the business and oversees the daily operations of the Health Safety and block management teams. He ensures that our portfolio and staff are compliant at all times and that our policies and procedures are robust, fit for purpose and evolve in line with best practice and with latest legislation.
Katie Riches, Associate Director
Katie started her block management career working for a company in Hertfordshire managing properties in Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire. She joined the company in 2014 and currently leads a team, providing support and guidance on a range of block management issues, as well as managing a portfolio of her own clients. Katie is a member of The Property Institute, formerly known as The Institute of Residential Property Management.
Ryan Atkinson, Portfolio Director
Ryan has worked in property throughout his career – initially in South Africa and then joining us from 2015. Ryan has been involved with the development and management of mixed use estates which include residential, commercial and hospitality facilities (in the Greater Kruger National Park!). Ryan leads a team, alongside looking after some of our more complex sites. He is a member of The Property Institute.
Amy Haas, Portfolio Director
Amy joins the team having previously worked for one of London's largest block management companies. With over 15 years in the industry, her experience includes working in collaboration with Residential Investment Landlords, RTM's & RMC's, Housing Associations along with well-known Developers. She currently heads up one of our largest teams, whilst also managing her own small portfolio of clients. Amy is AssocRICS accredited and a Member of The Property Institute.
Kelly Chapman, Portfolio Director
Kelly has worked in the property industry since 2008 for some of the largest property management companies in the UK, progressing from a customer service role to a managerial PM position overseeing a mixed portfolio of Freehold and RMC clients. Kelly went on to work for a developer, where she was responsible for all sales and aftercare, from acquisitions and construction to solicitor enquiries and buyer handovers. This has given her extensive knowledge, both client and agent side.
Jacqui Everett, Portfolio Director
Jacqui has a career of over 15 years in property management, having previously focused on estate management, customer relations, health and safety and compliance. Jacqui prides herself in providing a high level of customer service. Jacqui initially led a team of Portfolio Managers at LBM and now focuses on our new clients and ensuring their ‘customer journey’ is as smooth as possible.
