We are very proficient at dealing with handovers from other agents, developers and self-managed buildings. We have dealt with handovers ranging from excellent ones to buildings where we have received no handover information at all.

Using our extensive database of small to medium-sized local contractors, we ensure we always select the right contractor for the job, consistently delivering value for money. Health and Safety

Health & safety has become increasingly important over the last few years in our sector – we have always seen it as one of our biggest risks and manage it accordingly. We have an in-house Health & Safety team to provide advice to our clients and Portfolio Managers.

Insurance Management

We will review your current policies, check that you have sufficient coverage and will instruct our broker to approach the whole market at renewal to get the best policy for you at the best price.

Major Works

We will issue all of the section 20 consultation paperwork but our role usually goes well beyond this – we will deal with the board, the surveyors, contractors and residents to ensure that the project goes as smoothly as possible. We have numerous major works projects running at any one time.

Human Resources

Staff on site are our ‘eyes and ears’ at the building, so it is crucial we get this relationship right from day one of our instruction. We regularly speak with all our on-site staff and invest in training programmes for them. We will review current arrangements in your building, suggest improvements, and work with the team to implement them.

Technology is at the centre of what we do. We have retained a personal approach to communication underpinned by industry-leading software. This software ensures the maintenance, communication, and accounting aspects run seamlessly and smoothly.



We have had a huge drive to develop a more sustainable culture in the office and on the sites we manage. This includes both short term and long term planning. In the short term, we are reducing waste and lowering our carbon footprint. Longer term we are driving capital projects forward such as solar panels, EV charging and green initiatives.
