Block management is the cornerstone of our business and with over 10 years' experience, we can offer you expert knowledge of the industry.
At London Block Management we have built our client base by managing their properties as if they were our own. Understanding that all properties are different is key to our management.
This bespoke approach has generated loyalty from our clients and has enabled us to provide them with a tailored package to suit all their requirements. We offer block management services to Residents’ Management Companies, Right to Manage Companies, Freeholders and Developers.
At the heart of what we do is the fact that block management is a straightforward business - we believe that efficient and effective block management revolves around getting tasks completed, in a timely manner and at the right price.
We have a 24-hour ‘emergency’ number which is taken by a member of our team on rotation. We are available for out-of-hours meetings with clients, and contactable 24 hours a day in case of emergency.
Dedicated Portfolio Manager
Our Portfolio Managers will never have too many developments to manage at one time. They have ample time to focus on each building because we care about the quality of our service rather than maximising revenue.
We have no affiliation with any contractors and take no commission on any contractors’ invoices – our sole goal is, therefore, getting you the best person for the job.
We are a member of ARMA (Association of Residential Managing Agents), and the Property Ombudsman.
We also adhere to the RICS code of best practice for managing agents.
