Allan House has officially joined the portfolio of London Block Management following its leaseholders’ acquisition through Right to Manage (RTM).
The purpose-built development, which is located in the heart of Clerkenwell, comprises of 20 private residential flats alongside five housing association units.

The block is the latest addition to London Block Management’s portfolio which strengthens its presence in the local area where the company already manages a number of neighbouring buildings.
The instruction came via a referral from another building currently managed by London Block Management highlighting the importance of trusted client relationships and word-of-mouth recommendations within the sector.
Allan House already has an external fire consultant appointed to oversee and manage building safety obligations to ensure compliance and resident safety remain a top priority with it being a higher-risk building (HRB).
Morven McCaig-Cook, director at London Block Management commented: “We’re delighted to welcome Allan House through organic growth and to support the residents as they begin this new chapter under Right to Manage.
“Being appointed through a recommendation from an existing client is especially rewarding and reflects our delivery and strong relationships that we work hard to maintain with our residents and directors.
“Allan House is a well-located development and with our team’s local knowledge and experience managing buildings like this will ensure the directors and residents receive proactive and responsive support from day one.
“We look forward to working closely with everyone at Allan House and helping to maintain a safe and well-managed community for years to come.”
