London Block Management (LBM) is pleased to announce its appointment as managing agent for King Henry’s Reach, a prestigious riverside development in Hammersmith, following the leaseholders’ successful acquisition of the Right to Manage (RTM) on 10 June.
King Henry’s Reach is a purpose-built gated development located in W6 which comprises of 83 private flats, private gardens and an underground car park.

It draws its name from West London’s rich Tudor heritage while celebrating its prime location along this distinctive stretch of waterfront of the River Thames where a "reach" is a continuous straight section of river between two bends.
The development was built in 1994 and was designed by the world-renowned architect Sir Richard Rogers – who is best known for projects such as the Millennium Dome, Lloyd’s Building and European Court of Human Rights.
It occupies a prime position on the north bank of the River Thames – directly opposite Harrods Village, another prominent development under LBM’s management.
The appointment came following a referral from one of LBM’s long-standing contacts, who had first-hand experience of the company’s management services at a local development.
King Henry’s Reach benefits from 24-hour on-site staff and is recognised as one of Hammersmith’s most desirable residential developments.

Although the property is not classified as a high-rise building it presents a range of management requirements typical of large, mixed-use residential estates, including estate maintenance, security, compliance and resident engagement.
The transition to resident-controlled management marks an important milestone for the leaseholders who will now have greater influence over the future management, maintenance, and long-term stewardship of their site.
James Lee, director at London Block Management, said: "We are delighted to have been selected by the leaseholders of King Henry’s Reach following their successful Right to Manage acquisition.
“This is an impressive riverside development with a strong community and a clear vision for its future. We look forward to working closely with the RTM company, residents and the on-site team to deliver a transparent, responsive and proactive management service.
“We are particularly grateful for the referral from our contact which reflects the confidence that professional advisers continue to place in our approach to residential block management."
London Block Management will now work with the RTM company and residents to ensure a smooth transition and establish a management strategy focused on service quality, financial transparency, regulatory compliance and the long-term preservation of the development.
