Team Assistant to Portfolio Managers

 

Working Hours – Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00

Contract Type – Permanent

Salary – Competitive

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant to join our amazing team of Portfolio Managers in Angel, Islington.

 

You will be assisting the team of Portfolio Managers on a day-to-day basis, working together and supporting them in dealing with administrative side of the business. The daily takes include undertaking mail merges, answering the phone, dealing with clients and contractors, arranging meetings, updating spreadsheets and preparing weekly/quarterly reports and doing both electronic and hard copy filing.

 

Other duties include:

  • Communicating in writing with clients and updating them on ongoing processes and issues.

  • Corresponding with clients, contractors and third-party companies on a daily basis via the telephone and email

  • Drawing up and running Service Charge Reminders and Ground Rent Reminders

  • Merging letters, Service Charge and Ground Rent demands

  • Drawing up invoices and statement of accounts for leaseholders

  • Ensuring Invoices received have been billed accurately

  • Managing existing databases and updating them when necessary

  • Helping the portfolio managers prepare for quarterly meetings.

  • Managing keys
