We realise that our team is our biggest asset, so we recruit the most talented individuals and assign a deedicated Portfolio Manager to every building. This way, our Portfolio Managers will never have too many developments to manage at one time.

Our experienced team is here to ensure that every building is continously compliant with the ever-changing legislation and market requirements. LBM has niche expertise in this area giving us experience and knowledge on issues that some of our competitors won’t have encountered.
Historic and listed buildings need managing sensitively. They need a balanced approach across numerous areas including tackling urgent issues, understanding the construction and fabric of the building, understanding the legislation, protecting and enhancing the building’s features, dealing with insurance issues, dealing with risk (health and safety, fire etc) and, ultimately, ensuring that it is a pleasant building to live in.
We aim to provide a service to our clients that is completely transparent, efficient and cost effective. That is why we do not charge ‘hidden extras’ and believe in transparent fees.
Furthermore, upon appoinmtent, LBM will re-tender all contracts in place. All larger works are put out to tender and we have a large network of contractors who all offer value for money. We do not take commission on any contractor or supplier invoice – meaning that we can just focus on finding the best person for the job.

At LBM, communication is key, that is why we will meet with you on a quarterly basis to review all matters, financial or other, for complete transparency and to take forward your instructions in an efficient manner.
Furthermore, our clients benefit from a 24-hour ‘emergency’ phone line is taken by a member of our team on rotation, ensuring excellent service both during and outside the office hours.
