Our philosophy


Typically, properties approach us because they have one of three issues in their current management of the building – (1) poor communication, (2) poor or unclear accounting or (3) poor maintenance and upkeep of the building.

So, we thought we would tell you about our philosophy in each of these areas:

 

Communication

 

  • We believe in it.
  • Our goal is to have the telephone answered within two rings.
  • Telephone calls should be returned on the same day and emails should be responded to within 24 hours
  • All of our team carry blackberries, so have access to email out of the office.
  • We have a 24 hour ‘emergency’ number which is taken by a member of the team on rotation.

 

Accounts

  • We come from a strong accounting and financial background.
  • We can unpick and reconcile your current accounting position and put the building quickly onto a firm footing.
  • Funds are held in segregated client accounts and quarterly accounting packs are provided to Directors.

 

Maintenance

  • We have been involved with  everything from very minor works to major renovations of large buildings.
  • We have contractors to suit every eventuality – their one constant factor is that they all offer value for money whether you live in a block of studio flats or a high-end luxury development.
  • We have no affiliation with any contractors and we take no commission on any contractors’ invoices – our sole goal is therefore getting you the best person for the job.
